The comb gratings' bearing and cross bars are not flush. Thus the cross bars usually are some millimeters higher to show a linear structure e.g. for convector-coverings or aeration grids.
Bearing and cross bars depend on your requirements.
All materials – usually aluminum but also steel and stainless steel – are available.
The grating is fixedwith welded plates between the bearing bars.
